Registration Required to Access Platform Services
You may freely review this policy — it is publicly available. However, to use any platform service — purchase order funding, document submission, or disbursement tracking — you must complete the Supplier Onboarding process and pass FICA compliance verification.
New Smartfin (Pty) Ltd operates strictly as a B2B alternative finance platform utility (NCRCP20242). The platform does not charge ongoing consumer micro-subscriptions or recurring transaction verification fees. All platform charges are assessed on a per-case basis as flat commercial vetting fees to cover the technical assessment and preparation of corporate dossiers. All vetting fees are earned upon initiation of data verification loops and are entirely non-refundable.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and New Smartfin (Pty) Ltd (NCRCP20242) ("Company", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the New Smartfin platform, website, and related data audit services (collectively, the "Platform").
⚠️ BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.
While our governance and compliance policies are publicly available for review without an account, access to B2B profile preparation services requires a registered, verified corporate account. Unregistered visitors may browse public policy documentation but cannot initiate vetting files or submit purchase orders for verification workflows.
To register: Visit newsmartfin.com or begin the Supplier Onboarding process directly. All corporate accounts must complete FICA and CSD validation checks before any vetting ticket can be created.
